What's happening on the piazza? Everything and nothing. Seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and, most of all, tasting. Taking the day as it comes, reading the newspaper, meeting people. Tuck into a hearty snack or watch the Wiesern bread being taken out of the oven. Still prepared like the original, with stoneground natural flour. Pure salt and Glemmtal spring water. Kneaded by hand, shaped and baked in the wood-fired oven the piazza. Enjoy it with some alpine butter and fresh spreads. Welcome to the piazza, daily from 11:30 to 18:00.
