The WIESERGUT Piazza stimulates the senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and above all tasting. It beckons to take the day as it comes in even sulky weather. Reading the newspaper at leisure while enjoying a traditionally prepared coffee or tea blend. Enjoying a hearty snack, traditional dumplings or a fresh salad. Watching the baker take the freshly baked traditional bread out of the oven. Our bread is still made the traditional way: with natural stoneground flour, pure salt and fresh Glemmtal spring water. Kneaded by hand, shaped and baked directly in the wood-fired oven by the piazza. Served with fresh spreads or alpine butter. The piazza is open daily from 11:30 to 18:00.
