Blissful breakfast
Who’s been eating off my plate? What in the world of fairy tales is not appreciated, is desired here. Because instead of copious buffets, we serve up a variety of breakfast delicacies on small plates for you. The thought behind this is simple: The can try everything while also ordering specialities from the daily changing breakfast menu. And there’s less for us to throw away in the end. Classic Win-Win-Win.

Piazza-break
If you return with tired legs after hiking or need a refreshment after the last downhill run, we serve delicacies from our small, fine Piazza-menu until 18:00. But daily changing, housemade cake and coffee from the coffee roasters Tridor from Zell am See can also be enjoyed here.
For a hearty snack during the day we welcome you to our mountain restaurant Wieseralm.

Slowfood-Dinner
The evening in the Wiesergut ends with a flourish. The great performance by the kitchen crew, who create a new seasonal 7-course slow food menu for you every day. Creative fusion dishes with ingredients from our own farm and regional producers. Those for whom seven dishes are too many, can pick their favourites or select from classics such as Viennese schnitzel from our own Pinzgau beef or home-made truffle pasta, all from our regular menu.

Awesome wines
Support your local winegrower! In our wine rack we store exclusively premium wines from exceptional Austrian winemakers. This also includes the wine manufacture Clemens Strobl, together with whom we developed the Wiesergut wine “Noah’s Ark”. Made exclusively by hand. Hand-harvested, grapes of full ripeness, no squeezing during picking, no early fermentation. No compromises.

The Noah’s Ark wine is also available to buy in our little Wiesergut shop. A great souvenir to bring back home – as is our home-made granola, tea, herbal salt or the fine Noan olive oils.
