WIESERGUT “Piazza” lounge stimulates the senses: see, hear, feel, smell and above all taste. It is a place to spend a leisurely few hours on a dull day, to enjoy a traditionally brewed coffee or tea blend while reading the newspaper. Savour a hearty snack, a dumpling dish or a crunchy salad. Watch the baker taking the fresh “Wiesern” bread out of the oven. Our bread is still traditionally crafted from organic flour grinded in the stone mill, pure salt and fresh well water. The dough is kneaded and formed by hand and then baked in the wood-fired-oven beside the “Piazza” lounge. With the homemade bread, we serve fresh spreads and butter from the mountain farm. “Piazza” bar lounge is open daily from 11.30 am to 6.00 pm.
